At the time it was fine. They told me I needed alignment with my new set of tires because my rear tires were cupping on my 21 Honda Accord. I said let?s do it. By the beginning of June my brand new tires on the rear look just like the old ones. I stand back looking at the car and see my wheels have a terrible obvious negative camber. Little research shows that it?s a known issue with accords and civics 2018-2023. The car aftermarket adjustable camber arms in order to fix it. That?s not your fault. However I was given the car back believing that my wheels were in alignment and had no warning that you were unable to fix the camber so the car sits knock kneed. The negative camber is easily visible to the naked eye when you know what you?re looking for. There is no chance someone performing an alignment could miss it. But they sent me on my way with brand new tires that are now trash. I?ve put new adjustable camber arms on it now as well as new shock absorbers. Now it needs new tires and alignment done properly. I believe it?s more than reasonable for the shop to do the alignment for free and a very aggressive discount on new rear tires. I arrived at 4:31 for a scheduled 4:30 appointment, no one was at the desk so I stood there for eight minutes waiting to get checked in. Upon getting checked in my car was not pulled back for 15 minutes after about 5 minutes to 5. The attendant said due to me being late( no one at desk) that is why my car wasn?t being worked on. Although it was clear to me that arriving at 4:30 on the dot would not have gotten my vehicle back any faster as they were still working on two previous vehicles. Ultimately arriving at 5 would have been best for them and me. Blaming the customer is a terrible practice. The online scheduler should indicate arrival be 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment.....Read More
