Took a little long to get a rotation and balance, but I also understand they were busy that day. Before, I had scheduled a visit and it took only a few minutes less. Would be good to have an update at certain points just to let customers know where they are at with service on their vehicle.

I had an appointment at 11:30am. I got there at 11:15 am. They did not start working on my car until noon. Once they finally got my car back for a simple tire rotation they got it done quickly. Would have gotten 5 stars if they had worked on my car at the time of my appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait in line anyway?

I went there with a flat tire after working a very long shift. They got the tire changed quickly and professionally. Unfortunately i told them the wrong tire!!! I called and they invited me to come inand switch the tire out for me! Thank you for your great service!!!

The service I received was excellent. I was in a bind to have two tires replaced on my trailer and the personnel that assisted me were immediately on the job and did great work. When I pulled in they were closing shop but they stayed open to take care of me. I highly recommend them.

I went in because I visibly saw a nail in my rear tire. I saw online about free patches so I went to Tire Barn. I've been multiple times before, so I knew what to expect. I went in, told him about the nail, and he asked for the keys and they will take care of it. About 30 minutes later, another guy called my name and said my total was $18. I asked what they did. He said they patched it. I said I thought it was free. He asked if I have ever bought tired here, I said yes. He gave me a copy of work completed and I left for no charge. I knew there was a nail in my tire and I assumed they will patch it, but I was not given options nor was I told what the work completed was. Just because the web site states they have what you want in stock don't believe them. I wanted a set of Goodyear tires and the web site said my size is in stock, I call and they have no Goodyear in my size. Set an appointment for a different more expensive tire and 45 minutes after the appointed time, my car hasn't moved from where I parked it. I came in without an appointment on two different occasions with a low tire. I did not purchase my tires at Tire Barn, but no one asked me about that either. They simply instructed me to pull up to a certain bay, and someone would help me right away. The first young man was Kore, the second young man was Tremain. They were both very polite, efficient and personable. The weather was not the greatest either time, but you wouldn't know it from their customer service. The tire technicians found she had a bad back tie rod and they were also able to fix that - making her vehicle safe to drive. Had to get all my tires replaced on my Honda Odyssey. They did an excellent job and were great to work with. I will be going back in the next couple of months to get tires for the Xterra.

Had a low tire, called and asked if I could get it aired up. Was told to pull up to a door and three guys came out and aired up the tire and checked the other three! Didn't have to drag my grandson out into the weather to go inside!
