Horrible!!! I have came to this business for years and used to trust them. Never again. I went to get my tires balanced and rotated. They changed policy and only balance them once or twice a year. That's not the problem. The problem is i got in my car and started it and immediately knew there was a problem with the muffler. I drove right back after about a block and 2 mechanics looked and couldnt find a problem. Said it it persists to come back. I did...was told to wait til the next day for the better mechanic. Told to be there as soon as they open at 7:30. Explained to them it would be close to 8 when I got there. When I got there at 7:50 no employee had shown up to work. Great. Now I sit and wait. They had to call in a mechanic. When he finally got there he looked at the car for about 45 minutes. Said it's internal issue with the muffler and I need to go somewhere else to get it fixed. If I could prove they did the damage I would be reimbursed. After this I went to a muffler shop. It took them all of 90 SECONDS to look at it and diagnose the problem. The tire barn had knocked the muffler off of the brace. He fixed it in seconds. Thankfully no charge but this is the 2nd time this has happened. They do not know what they are doing!!!....
