I wish I had gotten the salesman's name this morning that had me in tears. I had an appointment I came in for at 10:30am for a flat tire repair which was in the middle of my tread. The salesman said he could not fix it. Then he said he would not replace it because it was an AWD. Then he proceeded to quote me a thousand dollars for tires. I told him I didn't have a thousand dollars, he said oh you can just get financed. I told him they would deny me and he said, oh well they don't check your credit score. I had 15 psi in my tire, a dead battery on my tire inflater, barely made it to this shop and didn't have a thousand dollars for a set of new tires let alone want to be financed for way overpriced tires. I started crying when salesman went back to get a cheaper tire to show me that was 10k miles less. I told the salesman, I'm not buying 55k mile tires for 700 bucks. He said they were 5 year tires even though I told him I drive over 3k miles a month for my job. I was like, not for my job. My friend was on the phone with me listening to this and how he was talking to me. He told me to get in the car and try to make it somewhere else. I was overwhelmed by the salesman's tactics, I just needed to get my tire plugged so I could go to work. I feel like he lied to me about being able to fix my tire to pressure me into doing something I couldn't do. I don't write reviews but this warranted one. What made me even more upset about my experience with Tire Barn was I made it to Walmart, they patched my tire for 15 dollars and I was on my way. This whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth and won't be going back to tire barn for anything. Bad 1st impression.....Read More

I have unfortunately been here quite a few times thanks to the potholes in Indianapolis. We have hazard protection and this has payed off very nicely. Staff is always nice. It is difficult when scheduling though as ther person answering the phone and making appointments doesn't know if/when a replacement tire will be available. It always takes a couple more conversations but we always get our tire.....Read More
