Told Saturday that my tire was covered by my roadside warranty I purchased. Today told not covered, tire went flat. Paid $370 for a tire. Slow service, horrible customer service. I will never go back and tell everyone that Tire Barn is dishonest. I?ve spent $1000?s with them. This is how they treat people. Run far away from them If you need a tire. Zero stars. Every customer gets an apology for how long it takes. They answer the phone multiple times while you wait to pay.....

I'll leave out the fact they left my recently detailed sports car absolutely covered in grease, and skip to the fact they some how had a key fob in their possession that was in a compartment, that had absolutely NOTHING to do with the job, or anything to do with maintenance on any vehicle. This key fob was nearly hidden, yet somehow he managed to make sure to return it to me .. Why are your employees SNOOPING through my car? I wouldn't trust these people to pump my gas.....
