Bought a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Guy told me to come back tomorrow since they didn?t have the filter, no big deal?set appointment for 330 pm. Two hours to get it done. Two guys in there with me after close. One had 3 pm appointment for new tires. Other guy knocked on the window. They didn?t respond, just turned music on. No one at the counter ever. Guy took a smoke break I swear between acknowledging me and impressing me that he remembered I had the Lincoln from yesterday and actually checking my car in. Absolutely abysmal professionalism. I will never take my car back. I was there for over three hours to have a flasking put back on my car that they did not clip back in after doing an oil change. They never rotated my tires, when they said they did. I knew this because I had one tire that was very low And it was still in the same position and the same amount of air pressure was left in all the tires. Customer service is horrible. Wait time is too extreme! I had to have two tire sensors replaced in the rear of my car, only to be told. I would have to take it back to the dealership so it can be relearned. They don?t have the equipment for that for my car. It doesn?t make sense that you wait three hours and then you?re told that they can?t relearn the sensors on my car when it?s a tire place. One of the tires that I bought constantly leaks air. I keep being told it due to air changes from hot to cold. But it?s funny that the other three tires don?t do it. I will never go back, for multiple reasons. Poor customer service, don?t do what they said they do, poor workmanship, and can?t complete a job! Worst place I?ve ever been to.....Read More
