I recently visited Tire Barn on a Saturday morning for an early appointment, and I wanted to share my experience. When I arrived, the employee who greeted me didn?t seem very welcoming, no smile or friendliness, which was a bit surprising. I mentioned my appointment, but at first he couldn?t find it in the system. It turned out I was under a different profile or account, and after some searching, he did manage to locate my details. What stood out to me was that even after he found my info, his response felt a bit off, not rude, just kind of strange and not very reassuring. I asked for the least expensive front tires since I only needed two, and he did get those sorted out for me. However, when I checked the paperwork afterward, I noticed they had listed my mileage as around 80,000 miles, even though my actual mileage is about 99,720. That?s a pretty big difference, a 20,000-mile discrepancy, which I found odd and a little concerning.
