One would think a Tire Barn would be able to get an alignment done right the first time, wrong... head back to the shop let them know they didn't fix the alignment correctly... in fact made the alignment pull the opposite direction originally pulled, thier response well we can get it back on the rack in couple hours or so... customer service is lacking... not worth my time to argue. Do not recommend....

Had a terrible experience getting 4 new tires installed here. I called ahead to confirm stock, but after mounting 3 tires, they told me they lost the 4th and made me come back the next day. When I left, my steering wheel was covered in grease, and the car had a severe highway vibration that wasn't there before. I had to return multiple times for balancing (even asking for a road force balance), and the ride is still rough. Even worse, once I cleaned the car, I found deep gouges through the finish down to the bare metal on all four wheels from improper mounting handling. Every wheel also now has an absurd amount of wheel weights slapped on them. Avoid this place if you value your wheels and your time.....
