They were very friendly, professional and caring. Had 2 tire sensors and tire rotation and I brought my own lug nuts and they were very through.

The website tells you you can make an appointment right away and they'll get you right in and that your service will take an hour and so on. The reality is much much different. The reality is they're very very busy and that's not true which isn't fair to the mechanics. Secondly, the website sells you tires that they don't have and can't get. I think all of that is terribly unfair to the staff that works there. They have to put up with customers who are frustrated and angry because the tires they wanted or the price they wanted isn't available. However, the staff I thought was amazing. My service was amazing and I love my new tires corporate could do with reworking the website that it's so that it's friendly for their staff and that it is more realistic I put over price because I think it's ludicrous not because I think that they overcharged me. I just think it's ridiculous to have to pay that much for tires but I got a quality tire that's the truth and I did get buy three get one free. That was a good deal. I just think it's the economy and the way the world is. I don't think they took advantage of me. I just think that the reality is tires are expensive....
