The Good: Prompt service Comfortable waiting room The Bad: -I was not greeted (I don't really care) -Mark at the desk was rude, and condescending (I let it slide) -Mark was rude and condescending to another woman while I waited (She did not let it slide) -Was charged an additional $44 above my quote for 1.9 extra quarts of oil (I paid it, I understand it needed more than anticipated) -I am 99% sure I did not receive the tire rotation that I requested and was stated as done on the receipt. I drove through paint. It was on my front driver side tire, it is still on my front driver side tire. -Called and spoke to Mark about the rotation pattern they use, I was trying to give them the benefit of a doubt. He laughed at me while hanging up. -Called corperate office, on hold 12 min and hung up on. Twice. Finally answered, they will investigate the tire rotation. How? UPDATE: I didn't hear back from corporate offices. However, I noticed they refunded the extra $44 I paid.....
