Staff was nice , however missing organization. I scheduled appointments (and rescheduled) 5 seperate times to have them call me every time and cancel within 15 minutes of my appointments to cancel . I finally ended up getting in . I would?ve gone somewhere else after second reschedule but I had prepaid so I had no choice unless I wanted to lose out on my money

Really poor customer service at this location. Went in yesterday Thursday March 21 to have a tire replaced and the brakes inspected. I was happy with the tire an made an appointment for the next day to have my brake pads and 2 riders replaced today. I left thinking everything was good t go only to arrive for my appointment today and be informed that the appointment had been canceled and something else scheduled over it. The gentleman at the counter had no explanation for this nor I'd he try to reschedule the appointment. I do not enjoy wasting my time and gas and I will definitely be taking my buisiness elsewhere and I recommend you do the same!....
