1st I want to say THE SHORT MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER THT IS RUDE AND LOUD IS HORRIBLE?.I went in simply for 2 new front tires? And my car was given back to me with a broken tire sensor? went in to tell them my tire sensor light was on and tht it?s not reading the the pressure? He came out with an attitude but ended it with BUT I WILL CHECK THE SENSORS WITH MY MACHINE!!! And when he did he walked off? Came back out and SAID HE WAS SORRY BUT THE NEW HIRE BROKE A SENSOR AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO THEM UNTIL HE ASKED WHO PUT MY TIRES ON? He said they would put a new 1 on free of charge? So after supposedly putting the new 1 on? the light is still on and it?s still not reading the tire pressure on any of my tires? He then said it?s out their hands and I would have to take my car to the Lexus dealership? So now I?m stuck having to pay for something tht was their fault? Not to mention the BRAND NEW TIRES I PAID FOR DOESNT LOOK NEW AT ALL? matter fact I?m pretty sure they are not new?SO YA? I wouldn?t recommend them at all? They are teaching the new hires to brake things and not report or say anything unless the person comes back? Thank god I didn?t drive off?....
