The first time I went to tire barn was to purchase new tires. I was initially interested in the buy one get one free offer. I had scheduled an appointment and was given a timeframe For completion of the service. The service ended up taking two hours longer than I was initially informed And I had to come back a second time because they didn?t have time to fix my alignment. After getting this all sorted out, I discovered they had stripped the lock key for my tire?s lug nuts. The technician, I was working with that first time showed me this. I returned at another date and informed them I needed them to replace the lucky key As other businesses are unable to remove my tires. At first, the staff denied this mistake, but upon further observation, they recognized it was their mistake. I scheduled an appointment with them so they could cut the lug nuts off and replace them. I was informed this appointment would take one hour. I sat and waited for one and a half hours and they had still not even taken my car inside the shop, despite telling me several times they were going to bring it in soon. Overall, my experience has been of the staff is often very unprofessional, and that they often overpromise and under deliver.....Read More
