After what initially started as a very bad day, an entire situation was turned around after Geneva took over the situation. The techs managed to not notice an entire spacer falling out of my wheel when they were taking it off. When trying to put it back on, they disregarded the fact the lug nut wouldn?t go in because it was too long without the spacer, and broke it. That sparked a 4 hour waiting period while they frantically tried to find custom sized lug nuts in town. Needless to say, that never happened. Geneva took over the situation and ended up providing me with two new tires, an alignment, and a brand new set of lug nuts to replace the ones the techs broke. This was all on the house because of the major inconvenience. I highly appreciated her willingness to make their mistake a positive. While some of their staff may lack basic common sense, Geneva is a diamond in the rough. Make sure she takes care of you and you will not be disappointed!....

I waited here for 30 minutes and was not spoken to even once. When I walked in there was no ?hello?, no ?i?ll be with you soon?, or anything of the sort. I waited at the counter for 30 minutes, people walked up to the counter and back into the back multiple times and I was never helped. Not to mention before coming into the location I called 3 times and never got an answer. What do I need to do to talk to someone?....
