Customer service HORRIBLE, I made an appointment to get a tire changed because I have Lug nut locks that I couldn?t get off or get to the dealership before Monday. When I made the appointment, I called to even see if they can do it or if they carry the lock to take the lug nuts off customer service told me they would have the store. Call me back to confirm if they will be able to do it, but that my appointment was set. I waited an extra 30 minutes after my appointment time just to see if they will call back to which they did not so I drove my car there on a flat with my child just for a short older white guy to basically tell me there?s nothing he can do and I will have to wait and go to the dealership not even looking at my car to see if there was anything he could do at all and when I ask, why didn?t I get a call back before I drove this far he said the company is based in India and there?s nothing he can do for me. Customer service goes a long way, even if he did something as small as check to see if there was anything he could do. I would have appreciated that and left with a better taste in my mouth, but after my experience, I will never retur and will continue to support discount tires. Do better!....
