I purchased 4 new tires from this location yesterday. I drove around the block and noticed that the PSI was low for 3 tires on my dashboard. My tire pressure updates quickly when air is added, so I went right back to the store. I spoke to Albert and he said I need to drive 20 miles for 20 minutes nonstop to reset everything. I put the car on the toll road for 29 minutes each way. Still low. This morning, I went and got the tire pressure checked. Recommended for my vehicle is 35 psi. The back passenger was 38. The other three were 20-21 PSI. I wish they would have checked when I told them. That could've been dangerous. Also, the valve stems are incredibly short. I've never seen it like that before. They did get me in and out, which is why I gave 3 stars. I just think it would be good to pay attention to detail before releasing the vehicle to the customer.....
