Normally, I give a five star review for Tire Barn. This time I can only do a three star review due to the way my daughter was treated when I made an appointment for her to take her car in last Thursday. I called on Wednesday and spoke with Keith explained the situation with her Tire and made the appointment for 10 AM. He took my name and number and he repeated back all the information. My daughter showed up for the appointment at 9:45 and was told there was no such appointment. Nobody knew anything about her car coming For Repair. She explained what was going on with her Tire to Troy. He then turned asked her so are we patching the tire? As I?ve said before, normally I give five stars to Tire Barn. My suggestion to them is if you?re booking appointments, somebody needs to be making sure appointments are in the computer so clients aren?t being upset or aggravated. My daughter?s intelligent person and knew what needed to be done. The tech that handled her car was very kind and accommodating, and came out and explained what needed to be done and only charged her $30. Tire Barn, please start making notes in your system when people call in to make an appointment. Hopefully, next time I?ll be able to do five stars again.....

Friendly employees. Got my tires mounted very quickly. Very short wait which I appreciated very much. Would Definitely use Tire Barn again!
