I had rim damage on my right front wheel due to a pot hole. The bend in the rim was repaired and the tire put back on and it sealed, saving me a lot of time and expense over buying a new rim. There was no charge since i had purchased the tire(s) there. I have done business there since the store opened and have never had any kind of question of product, pricing or service.

I recently purchased 5 air pressure censors for my vehicle which included the spare .. And just recently the tire pressure light came on ...I contacted Tire Barn the technician explained to me if the light was solid and not blinking it probably was tire pressure and not a bad sensor... I took my vehicle to Tire Barn and the technician checked all 4 tires including the spare and refilled them with nitrogen.. he then checked and reset them.. ( no more light) . We are originally from Johnson City and were traveling into town last weekend. On our way in, we noticed the steering wheel in my girlfriend's Jeep Cherokee was shaking at highway speeds. I called and was politely greeted and told I could come in right away. The Tech discovered that the previous shop that rotated and balanced the tires had cross threaded a lug nut and they had also improperly distributed the weights in the wheels. He re-balanced the tires and positioned the weights properly in each wheel. The problem was fixed and the Jeep is driving a 100% better, it also improved the alignment. For all our future tire needs, we'll be taking our business to the Tire Barn, even if we have to drive back from out of state. I took my mother's car to them. She had them install her tires at an earlier date. She was experiencing a shake at highway speeds and some in town. I asked them to check the pressure, rotate and balance the tires and to shake down the front end. I am a automotive technician myself but since she had the tires installed by them I thought it would not cost too much for them to check it out for me. And I don't have access to a tire balancing machine at the moment. They cheerfully checked out the problem. And remedy the situation with tire balancing as I suspected. And returned the car to me in amazing little amount of time. And to my delight NO CHARGE!!! I know other tire places advertise similar warranties but the devil is in the fine print usually. But to my pleasant surprise they actually do what they say!!! No hidden charges as I have come to expect. Its good to have a business represent my profession in a good light! We get so many bad ones it's no wonder we in the "Automotive Repair sector" gets a bad rap. That frankly not all of us deserve. I took my friends car to get tires put on it this week because I love her and she asked me to, well I’m just in awe of these guys. Price point was on the mark and I don’t think I even sat there for 45 min. My jaw dropped when they said I was ready. Impeccable service.
