I got two tires from here around 5 months ago and had a good experience. A few days ago, I woke up and when I got to my car, I had a flat. I blew it up and drove to work and at the end of the day I called and asked if someone at Tire Barn could look at my tire. They asked when I could be there, I replied 1 hour, they said ?no problem at all. Bring it on in here.? When I got there, only 45 mins later, and had my partner waiting at the location for me, they told me that they could no longer fit me in and I?d have to come back tomorrow. He even acknowledged I spoke to him on the phone and say they ?got filled up fast.? Although I understand they can fill up fast, it seems very unfair to tell me to bring my car in, have me make the plans for someone to pick me up, and then tell me that they couldn?t help me. I took my business down the road and within an hour, my tire was fixed.....

They said they had time for two tires on my compact front wheel drive van, I?m not sure what happened but it took two hours.
