These guys ripped us off, my wife of paid for an alignment that they didn't know how to do, and even though they agreed to reimburse us, never did. I sent my wife to get tires that I had delivered to my home mounted and balanced on the car. While there she called me and said that they had checked the alignment of the car and it was all wrong and it should be fixed. We never asked them for this so I was sceptical. I told her to make sure they have the right model inserted and accepted that they align it. She then called me back and said that they couldn't align it because the adjustments were at the end of the range. As I later in the evening saw the protocol I immediately realized they had the wrong car model inputted the system (right model wrong year, when chassis changed), she had explicitly told them to make sure it was the right model, they brushed it off and said we always check using the vin in the door frame, which they obviously didn't. Next week I sent my car to my regular shop and they aligned it back correctly without any issues. We went back to the Tire Barn Warehouse together me and my wife, we talked to the manager there, he agreed that had done this wrong and said they were going to reimburse us sending a check. They received all our info, spent 15 minutes fiddling around with our address and was to send us a check for the money, but it never arrived (waited more than a year). We will of course never use them again. They didn't listen to my wife when she told them the right information, the tried to perform a service they didn't know how to do, without us asking for it.
